IgA肾病血尿中医古籍研究

IgA肾病是我国最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,目前中医对该病的认识缺乏统一性,关于中医古籍对该病的认识尚不完善,文章就中医古籍相关记载进行研究,初步得出一定结果,认为中医古籍对该病的记载可见于"尿血""溲血""溺血""小便血"等,疾病的发生发展与禀赋不足、饮食内伤、外邪侵袭、脏腑内热等因素有关,在治疗上除清脏腑热、凉血止血等方法外,还可以采用养阴补血、益气摄血、清热利湿等方法治疗该病,研究目的为通过中医古籍的记载,探寻治疗方法,进一步指导临床应用。

Researches of Ancient Books on Blood Urine of Ig A Nephropathy

IgA nephropathy is the most common glomerular disease in China. However there is no unify reorganization on this disease in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）. So in this article, we explore the ancient TCM books in order to replenish the the- ory of this dieseas. In ancient times, IgA nephropathy was noted as the blood urine and it was correlated to the constitutional insufficiency,internal injury of diet and exogenous pathogenic factors. Therefore, people treat it with the methods of clearing internal heat and cooling blood and stopping bleeding. In addition,it also can be treated using the methods of nourishing Yin and enriching blood or tonifying qi and controlling blood, or clearing heat and promoting dieresis. So through our researches, we hope to explore the treatment methods of IgA nephropathy and further direct the clinical application.
