胃镜不同使用年份的消毒效果差异分析

目的观察不同开始使用年份胃镜消毒效果的差异。方法采用内腔冲洗法对胃镜活检管道、水气管道进行采样,无菌棉签擦拭法对胃镜镜身进行采样,后通过细菌定量检测方法,观察不同开始使用年份经五槽法处理程序清洗消毒的胃镜水气管道、活检管道、镜身消毒效果的差异。结果 114件胃镜开始使用的年份为2008—2012年,不同开始使用年份胃镜镜身消毒效果均较高,总合格率为98.2%,不同开始使用年份比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);活检管道消毒总合格率为93.0%,大体随着开始使用时间推迟消毒合格率逐渐升高,但不同开始使用年份比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);水气管道消毒总合格率为69.3%,随着开始使用时间推迟消毒合格率逐渐升高,不同开始使用年份比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05),其中2008、2009年与2011、2012年比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论不同开始使用年份胃镜经五槽法处理程序清洗消毒后活检管道及镜身消毒效果无明显变化,但随着使用时间延长水气管道消毒合格率逐渐降低。

Analysis of Different Effects of Gastroscopic Disinfection with Usage in Different Years

Objective To observe the different effects of gastroscopic disinfection with usage in different years. Methods Biopsy ducts and water vapour ducts of gastroscope were sampled by method of intracavity washing, and the body of gastruscope was sampled by wiping with aseptic cotton bud, and then the different disinfection effects of water vapour ducts, biopsy ducts and bodies of gastroscope with usage in different years, which were cleaned with 5-trough cleaning method, were observed by using the bacterials quantitative examination. Results All the 114 gastroscopic bodies with different start-using years from 2008 to 2012 had good disinfection effects, which total qualification rate was 98.2% , and the differences showed no statistical significances in different using-period bodies （ P 〉 0. 05 ） ; the total qualification rate of biopsy ducts was 93.0% , the rate increased with shortening of usage years, but there were no statistically significant in different usage years （ P 〉 O. 05 ） ; the total qualification rate of water vapour ducts was 69.3 % , the rate increased with shortening of usage years, and there were statistical significance in different usage years （P 〈 0.05 ）, and the differences between start-using years of in 2008 or 2009 with start-using years of 2011 and 2012 respectively were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Cleaned and disinfected with 5-trough cleaning method, the disinfection effects of biopsy dusts and gastroscopes bodies in dif- ferent start-using years have no significant differences, but the disinfection effect of the water vapour dusts may be increased with the delay of start-using years.
