| 摘 要： | 目的:评价资生健脾方治疗厌食患儿的临床效果、对免疫五项及血红蛋白的影响。方法:以资生健脾方随症加减治疗厌食症患儿40例,30天为1个疗程。分别在治疗前后抽取静脉血检测免疫五项(IgA、IgG、IgM、C3、C4)、血红蛋白(Hb)。结果:治疗2个疗程后,患儿饮食和精神状态有明显改善;临床有效37例,无效3例,总有效率为92.5%;IgA、IgG、C3较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),有明显统计学差异;Hb较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),有明显统计学差异。结论:资生健脾方可有效治疗小儿厌食症,明显改善患儿症状,增强其免疫功能 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zisheng Jianpi Recipe on treating child anorexia（CD） by observing its effect on hemoglobin content and five indications of immune. Methods ： Forty eases of CD were treated with Zisheng Jianpi Recipe. 30 days was for one therapeutic course. Contents of hemoglobin and immunoglobulin（ IgA, IgG, IgM, C3, C4 ）were determined he- fore and after treatment. Results ： After 60 days, the ehildreng diet and mental state were both improved significantly. The total clin- ical effective rate was 92.5 %. IgG, IgA, C3 and Hb were improved significantly compared with those before treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion：Zisheng Jianpi Recipe is effective on treating CD. It can improve clinical symptoms and immune function of the chil- dren. |
