逆增方对大鼠胃黏膜异型增生疗效及对VEGF、COX-2表达的影响

目的观察逆增方对异型增生(DYS)大鼠的疗效及对血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、环氧合酶-2(COX-2)表达的影响。方法将100只大鼠随机分为空白组,模型组,大、小剂量组及干预组。模型组采用脱氧胆酸钠和氨水配合饥饱失常诱导造模,大小剂量组在模型组基础上再施予不同剂量的逆增方,干预组给予胃复春,观察各组对DYS的治疗效果,同时检测VEGF、COX-2表达率,比较模型组、逆增方组、干预组、空白组之间DYS的治疗有效率和VEGF、COX-2表达情况。结果模型组与空白组相比VEGF、COX-2的表达率显著增高(P均<0.05),逆增方大剂量组VEGF、COX-2表达率同模型组比明显降低(P均<0.05)。结论逆增方(大剂量组)通过干预VEGF、COX-2的表达,能有效防治胃黏膜的异型增生和癌变,抑制DYS的形成,降低DYS向胃癌发展的几率。

Curative effect of Nizeng decoction on gastric dysplasia in rats and the effect on VEGF,COX-2 expression

Objective It is to observe curative effect of Nizeng decoction on gastric dysplasia in rats and the effect on VEGF,COX-2 expression.Methods 100 rats were randomly divided into blank group,model group,large dose group,small dose group and intervention group.The model group was established with sodium deoxycholate,ammonia and irregular diet;lager and small dosage groups were given Nizeng decoction of different doses and the intervention group was given Weifuchun on the basis of model group.The effect on gastric dysplasia in every group was observed and the expression rates of VEGF,COX-2 were determined.The effective rate of treatment for dysplasia and the expression of VEGF and COX-2 among these groups were compared.Results Compared with the blank group,the VEGF,COX-2 expression of the model group was significantly increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression of VEGF,COX-2 of the large and small dose groups decreased obviously,compared with that of model group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through interventing VEGF,COX-2 expression,Nizeng decoction(large dose and small does) can prevent hyperplasia gastric mucosal,inhibit the formation of gastric dysplasia and reduce the risk of gastric cancer development.
