现代护理在分泌性中耳炎围术期听力护理中的应用分析

目的分析现代护理在分泌性中耳炎围术期听力护理中的应用效果。方法将本院收治的66例分泌性中耳炎患者随机分为观察组33例和对照组33例。所有患者均行鼓膜置管术治疗,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,采用现代化护理,治疗后评价两组的听力重建效果,同时自行编制护理满意度调查问卷对两组的护理满意度进行评价。结果观察组的听力重建总有效率为93.93%,对照组的听力重建总有效率为84.84%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的护理理念、护理模式、护理内容及护理效果满意度依次为96.97%、90.91%、93.94%、90.91%,对照组的护理理念、护理模式、护理内容及护理效果满意度依次为75.76%、72.73%、75.76%、69.70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论现代护理应用于分泌性中耳炎围术期听力护理中能有效提高患者术后的听力重建效果,提高患者的护理满意度。

Application analysis of modern nursing in perioperative hearing nursing of secretory otitis media

Objective To analyze application effect of modern nursing in perioperative hearing nursing of secretory otitis media. Methods 66 cases of patients with secretory otitis media were randomly divided into observation group（33cases）and control group（33 cases）.The grommet insertion treatment was used in all patients,routine nursing was used in control group,on the basis of routine nursing,modern nursing was used in observation group.After treatment,hearing reconstruction effect of two groups was evaluated,nursing satisfaction in two groups was evaluated by programmed nursing satisfaction questionnaire. Results Hearing reconstruction total effective rate in observation group was 93.93%,hearing reconstruction total effective rate in control group was 84.84%,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.The satisfaction rate of nursing theory,nursing mode,nursing content and nursing effect in observation group was 96.97%,90.91%,93.94%,90.91% respectively,the satisfaction rate of nursing theory,nursing mode,nursing content and nursing effect in control group was 75.76%,72.73%,75.76%,69.70% respectively,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Modern nursing applied in perioperative hearing nursing can effectively improve hearing reconstruction effect of patient after surgery,improve nursing satisfaction rate of patient.
