左右手差异对动物外科中单手打结教学结果的影响及分析

目的研究教授左手与右手打结在学习速度和效果上的差异,分析用不同手学习打结的优劣。方法选择2009级军医系、海医系、和战士学员专业学习《动物外科学》学生共302人,分别对其三个系专业的学生进行随机分组为左手打结组和右手打结组。分别测试三个系的两个组中在不同学习阶段的打结速度,并对数据进行统计学分析。结果三个系专业的学生在课堂学习阶段都表现出左手打结组速度明显慢于右手打结组(P<0.05)。但在同等强度训练后,期末考试中的成绩左手打结组和右手打结组在速度上无统计学差异。结论教授左手打结与右手打结在学员最终培训结果上效果相同。但考虑到其他手术操作和双手的协调训练,建议动物外科中教授左手打结。

Effects of Different Hands on Teaching Results of Single-hand Tying Skill for Animal Surgery

Objective By comparing speed and result of tying learning between left and right hands in teaching tying skill for animal surgery to analyze advantages and disadvantages of different hands’ surgical tie.Methods Totally 302 students of class 2009 of three specialties who took the course Animal Surgery were randomly divided into two groups: one group was taught to tie with the left hand and the other with the right hand.Tying speed of the two groups was tested at different learning stages.Data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0.Results Students of the three specialties in right-hand tying groups all demonstrated faster speed at the stage of classroom learning(P<0.05).However,at the end of the semester no significant difference was found between the left-hand and right-hand tying groups after similar-intensity practice in all three specialties.Conclusion Different hand has similar tying speed at the end of training.Considering other surgical operations mostly handled with the right hand and surgical instruments designed for the right hand,teaching tie skill with the left hand should be advocated.
