| 摘 要： | 军医大学研究生是我国军事医学教育中最高层次的人才队伍之一,探索与创新其思想政治教育的模式是军医大学强化研究生教育的一项战略性任务。本文结合我校研究生课题研究阶段的特点,分析了军医大学研究生开展思想政治教育的重要性和迫切性,从加强组织建设,发挥导师职能和落实行政管理三个方面对该阶段开展思想政治教育的模式进行初步探讨。 |

| Abstract: | Postgraduates of military medical universities are one of the highest levels of talent team in China’s military medical education.It is a strategic task for strengthening graduate education at military medical universities to explore and innovate the model of ideological and political education for postgraduates.Combined with the characteristics of postgraduates at the research stage in our university,this paper analyzes the importance and urgency of ideological and political education for postgraduates at military medical universities,and discusses its model from three aspects: strengthening organization construction,making supervisors carry out their responsibilities,and implementing administrative management. |
