| 摘 要： | 临床实习是医学教育的关键时期。通过分析总结临床教学实践中存在的突出问题,提出强化教学管理模式,加大师资队伍培养力度,提升教师带教示范水平,改革教学内容、模式及评价体系等工作思路和具体措施,探索新形势下输血医学专业临床实践教学的发展方向,为保证实习质量,培养高素质的输血医学后备人才奠定良好的基础。 |

| Abstract: | Clinical practice is the important period of medical education.Through analysis and summary of the prominent problems existing in the clinical practical teaching,we propose some concrete measures to improve the practice quality and serve to cultivate the qualified people,such as strengthening teaching management pattern,promoting the teacher teaching level,reforming teaching course content,pattern and appraisal system. |
