浙江省部分医疗机构抗菌洗手液卫生质量调查

目的调查医疗机构使用中抗菌洗手液质量,以便加强管理。方法采用细菌检验技术,现场采集医疗机构使用中抗菌洗手液进行了细菌定量检测和种类鉴定。结果从24所医疗机构采集272份使用中抗菌洗手液,平均细菌总数≤10 cfu/g的抗菌洗手液者占46.7%,含菌量超过200 cfu/g者占42.6%,有11.85%的抗菌洗手液含菌量高于106cfu/g。有22.4%的洗手液中检出铜绿假单胞菌,有6.62%的洗手液中检出大肠菌群;所有洗手液中均未检出金黄色葡萄球菌。结论医疗机构使用中抗菌洗手液细菌污染严重,铜绿假单胞菌污染比例较高,应采取必要的措施予以改进。

SURVEY ON SANITARY QUALITY OF ANTIMICROBIAL HAND-WASHING SOLUTION IN SOME MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS IN ZHEJIANG PROVINCE

Objective To investigate the quality of hand washing solution in use in medical institutions for improvement of management.Method Bacteria in antibacterial hand-washing solution in use sampled from medical institutions were quantitatively examined and identified in laboratory.Results Of the 272 samples collected from 24 medical institutions,46.7% had total bacterial count less than 10 cfu/g;42.6% had total bacterial count more than 200 cfu/g and 11.85% had total bacterial count even more than 106 cfu/g.Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected in 22.4% of the samples and coli-group was detected in 6.62% of the samples.No Staphylococcus aureus was detected in all the samples.Conclusions Bacterial contamination of hand-washing solutions in use was serioous in medical institutions.The contamination rate of P.aeruginosa was the highest among the bacteria detected.Some measures are needed for improvement.
