| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨静脉丙种球蛋白 (IVIg)治疗儿童格林 巴利综合征 (GBS)的临床疗效。方法 对符合GBS诊断的 32例格林 巴利综合征患儿进行临床分析 ,并对治疗方法及其疗效进行对比观察。结果 大剂量IVIg在控制病情进展、减少继发感染、缩短疗程明显优于激素治疗方法 (P <0 0 1)。结论 IVIg治疗儿童GBS是一种安全有效的方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect of intravenous Immunoglobulin(IVIg) in the treatment of children with Guillain-Barre syndrome(GBS).Methods Thirty-two children with GBS were analyzed and their therapies and curative effects were observed and compared.Result Patients in IVIg group recovered more rapidly than those in other groups.It was also found that IVIg was helpful for those children with GBS to avoid secondary infections and shorten the period of treatment.Conclusion IVIg therapy is safe and efficacious for children with GBS. |
