| 摘 要： | 目的建立腰痹康胶囊的质量标准。方法用TLC法对黄芪、白芍、骨碎补进行定性鉴别;用HPLC法测定白芍中芍药苷的含量。结果薄层色谱图斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;芍药苷在0.1672～3.3440μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率99.71%,RSD为1.29%（n=9）。结论该方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重现性好,可用于腰痹康胶囊的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the quality standard of Yaobikang Capsules. Methods TLC method was used to identify qualitatively astragalus membranaceus, white paeony root and rhizoma drynariae. HPLC was used to determine the content of puerarin in white paeony root. Results TLC spots developed were fairly clear,without the interference in negative control The linear relationship of paeoniflorin was good in a range from 0. 1672 to 3. 3440 μg,its average recovery was 99.71% and RSD was 1.29% （n =9）. Conclusion This method is strong in specialty, high in sensibility and good in reproducibility and can be used for the quality control of Yaobikang Capsules. |
