| 摘 要： | 引流是外科医生最常使用的技术,但是,对选用何种引流争议不断。负压封闭引流技术相对较新,在腹部外科的应用报道不多,作者总结了其在腹部外科的应用经验,重点介绍该技术的原理、优势和适应证。

| Abstract: | To choose what kind of drainage is controversial even though drainage is the most commonly used technology by surgeons .The reports regarding vacuum sealing drainage ( VSD) in the application of abdominal sur-gery are limited.This review summarizes the experience of VSD in the application of abdominal surgery and focuses on its principle and advantages and indications . |
