成人肱骨近端骨折治疗进展

肱骨近端骨折是最常见的骨质疏松性骨折之一,近年来发病率逐渐增高,是创伤骨科治疗的难点。目前肱骨近端骨折通过X线等影像学检查可明确诊断,其治疗方案很多,但至今尚无统一的金标准,大多数的患者通过非手术治疗可获得较好的临床功能,而对于移位的三部分、四部分肱骨近端骨折,治疗方式仍存在较大的争议。本文就目前国内外对成人肱骨近端骨折的治疗进展进行综述如下。

Progress in the treatment of proximal humeral fracture in adults

Proximal humeral fracture is one of the most common types of osteoporotic fractures ,with morbid-ity increasing rapidly in recent years .There are many kinds of treatment methods ,but this kind of fracture remains a major challenge for surgeons of the traumatic orthopedics .It can be diagnosed through X-ray and other imaging examination while there is still no uniform golden standard for the treatment .The majority of proximal humeral frac-tures could be treated nonoperatively with good functional results .The optimal treatment of displaced three and four-part fractures remains controversial .This review summarizes the progress in the treatment of adults ’ proximal hu-meral fracture as follows .
