综合传染病报告卡进行疫情报告的研究

目的 应用综合传染病报告卡，采取一个报告系统进行侍染病报告，达到科学、快捷、准确传送疫情信息，入口与出口一致，使疫情数据准确统一，发挥其在疾病控制中的作用。方法 将原艾滋病、性病、结核病等多个报告卡，整合为综合传染病报告卡，进行疫情报告。结果 消除了多卡片多途径报告的弊端，达到一卡一个途径报告疫情，减轻了基层卫生医务人员负担，符合当前卫生体制改革将多个防病单位合并为疾病预防控制中心的宗旨。结论 应用综合传染病报告卡进行疫情报告，是我国卫生体制改革后传染病疫情报告管理的必然趋势。

Study of integrated infectious disease reporting card for epidemic situation report

Objective To achieve the goal of delivery information on Epidemic Situation (ES) quickly and accurately by applying Integrated Infectious Disease Reporting Card(IIDRC) and reporting system. To ensure accurate epidemic situation for consistent input and output data, and to bring into play the role in disease control. Methods: Several existing reporting card, such as ADIS, STD and Tuberculosis reporting card, were integrated as IIDRC for ES report. ResultsThe IIDRC avoid the bias due to multi-card and multi-approach reporting system, and reduce the burden of health workers at basic unit. It's accorded with the intent of currently reform on health system which recombine several health unit as center for disease control. Conclusion To apply IIDRC for epidemic situation reporting is certainly the trend for ES reporting management on infectious disease after reform on health system in China.
