| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨通因通用思想治疗血瘀崩漏的理论。方法：整理、归纳、总结和分析血瘀崩漏的相关文献。结果：中医认为本病多为任冲亏损、肝肾失调所致,其病因以血瘀为多见,治疗多用通法。结论：以通治通,即运用通因通用的思想来治疗妇科血瘀型崩漏疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the theory of treating draining diseases by dredging method in the treatment of metrorrhagia and metrostaxis due to blood stagnation. Methods：Literatures related to metrorrhagia and metrostaxis due to blood stagnation were collected, organized,analyzed and summarize. Results：The Chinese medicine regarded the disease resulted from the depletion of the Chong and Ren meridians as well as the disharmony of the liver and kidney. Its etiology was mainly blood stagnation so its treatment principle was to treat draining diseases by dredging method. Conclusion：The academic thought of treating draining diseases by dredging method has achieve significant effect in treatin metrorrha,ia and metrostaxis due to blood staznation in the gynecolozical department. |
