糖尿病视网膜病变的中医辨证论治研究述评

目的：探讨中医辨证论治糖尿病视网膜病变（DR）研究概况。方法：根据纳入标准,检索中国知识资源总库（CNKI）及维普《中文科技期刊数据库》,采用循证医学的原则,对2001年1月至2011年2月在国内正式期刊上公开发表的有关DR辨证治疗及辨证分型文献进行回顾性整理与统计分析。结果：分析所统计的19篇文献中的23种证可分为偏虚、偏实、虚实兼夹3类,归类后进行计次,从高频到低频依次为：偏虚类、偏实类、虚实兼夹类。结论：近10 a来DR患者的证候表现与其发病机制基本一致,未有明显变化,可制定统一的辨证分型标准。

Overview on Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Diabetic Retinopathy

Objective：To explore the research overview on Traditional Chinese Medicine syndrome differentiation and treatment of diabet ic retinopathy （DR）. Methods：According to the inclusive criterion,the data in CNKI and Vip Chinese Technical Journal Database were searched. With the adoption of evidencebased medicine principle, literatures on DR syndrome differentiation and treatment and DR syn drome differentiation and classification which publicly published in official journals from 2001 to 2011 were reviewed, collected and sta tistically analyzed. Results ：23 kinds of syndromes in 19 counted literatures could be divided into the partial excess type, partial defi ciency type and deficiency mixed with excess type. Then their frequencies were further counted from high to low after classification, namely：Partial deficiency syndrome, partial excess syndrome, deficiency mixed with excess syndrome. Conclusion：There is no obvious variation between the syndrome manifestations of DR patients and its pathogenesis in recent ten years, so uniform criterion of syndrome differentiation and treatment can be formulated.
