补骨脂高效液相色谱法指纹图谱研究

目的：利用高效液相色谱（H PLC）法建立补骨脂药材的指纹图谱。方法：利用 H PLC 法，以 Alltim a C18 色谱柱作为分离柱；甲醇、水为流动相进行梯度洗脱，308 nm 作为检测波长。结果：各个色谱峰相对于标准品补骨脂素、异补骨脂素的相对峰面积及相对保留时间的 RSD 均小于 5% 。结论：所建立的 H PLC 法指纹图谱稳定性、可重复性佳，可以用于补骨脂药材的质量控制。

Fingerprint Study of Psoralea Corylifolia by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

Objective：Establish the fingerprint of Psoralea corylifolia by high performance liquid chromatography.Methods：Carry out the method for high performance liquid chromatography.Use Alltima C18 column as detached dowel and a mixture of methanol and water as mobile phase for gradient elution.As detector a spectrophotometer set at 308nm.Results：The RSD of the relative peak area and relative retention time was less than 5% compare the psoralen and isopsoralen.Conclusion：The fingerprint established by HPLC has good stability and repeatability.It can be used for psoralea corylifolia medicinal materials quality control.
