痰热清联合抗生素治疗老年肺癌合并肺部感染的临床研究

摘    要:
目的:观察痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗老年肺癌合并肺部感染临床疗效及安全性。方法:将 46 例患者按随机数字表法分为两组。治疗组以痰热清联合抗生素治疗,对照组仅使用抗生素。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组,且体温恢复时间较短,能明显改善患者生活质量。两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P 〈 0.05);两组平均住院天数比较,差异有统计学意义(P 〈0.05)。结论:痰热清注射液联合抗生素治疗老年肺癌合并肺部感染临床疗效显著,可在较短时间缓解临床症状,改善患者生活质量,缩短住院时间。

Abstract:
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of tanreqing combined with antibiotic treatment of pulmonary infection in elderly lung cancer patients. Methods :46 patients were randomly divided into treatment groups given tanreqing combined with antibiotic therapy and the control group, only using antibiotics. Results:The effect is better in the treatment group using tanreqing combined with antibiotic than the control group. The recovery time of body temperature in treatment group is shorter and the patients' quality of life is significantly improved. Compared the average length of hospital stay there was a significant difference(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion :Tanreqing injection combined with antibiotic for elderly lung cancer patients with pulmonary infection has better clinical efficacy. It may relieve symptoms in a relatively short time,improve patients quality of life and reduce hospitalization time.
