中药显微定量法的研究概况

摘    要:目的:通过对显微定量法在中药研究中的应用进展进行综述,以促进中药显微定量法的发展。方法:在对中药显微定量法的简史、特点和原理进行简要介绍的基础上,再对近几十年来显微定量法在中药研究中的应用进行了分类介绍。结果:中药显微定量法在中成药的含量测定、中药炭药的质量判别、易混淆中药的鉴别及单味药材显微特征常数与指标成分的相关关系研究等方面具有广泛的应用。结论:显微定量法在中药研究中具有独特优势,并具有不同于化学方法定量的特点,将对中药研究的发展起到积极推动作用。

Abstract:Objective:To promote the development of microscopic quantitative method (MQM) of Chinese materia medical though sum-marizing the applied progress of MQM in the research of Chinese materia medical. Methods: Following the introduction of the brief histo- ry,characteristic and principle of MQM, the general situation of MQM for the research of Chinese materia medical was introducted in past decades. Results:It has extensive application in the content determination of Chinese patent drug, the quality discrimination of char- coal drug, the authentication of confusing Chinese herbs and the correlation between the characteristic constant of microscopy and target component of medicinal material. Conclusion: The MQM has unique preponderance in the identification of Chinese materia medical, which is different from the chemical methods. The method would play a very active role in the development of Chinese materia medica.
