血府逐瘀汤联合电项针疗法治疗瘀血阻络型失眠临床研究

目的：探讨血府逐瘀汤联合电项针疗法治疗瘀血阻络型失眠的临床疗效。方法：将92例瘀血阻络型失眠患者随机分为治疗组46例与对照组46例。对照组采用中药血府逐瘀汤治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用电项针疗法治疗。结果：对照组临床治愈18例（39．13％），显效13例（28．26％），有效7例（15．22％），无效8例（17．39％），有效率为82．61％。治疗组临床治愈27例（58．70％），显效15例（32．61％），有效9例（19．57％），无效1例（2．17％），有效率为97．83％。两组疗效比较，治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：血府逐瘀汤联合电项针疗法治疗瘀血阻络型失眠的疗效确切。

Clinical Observation on Insomnia of Blood Stasis Obstructing the Meridian Type Treated by Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Electro-nape Acupuncture Therapy

Objective：To investigate the clinical effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with electro-nape acupuncture therapy in treating insomnia of blood stasis obstructing the meridian type. Methods ： 92 cases of insomnia of blood stasis obstructing the meridian type were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The control group was treated by Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,while the treatment group was additionally given electro-nape acupuncture therapy based on the above treatment. Results：In the control group, 18 cases were cured（39.13% ） ;13 achieved excellent effects （28.26%） ,7 were effective（ 15.22% ） ,8 were ineffective（ 17.39% ） and the effective rate was 82.61%. In the treatment group 27 cases were cured（58.70% ） ;15 achieved excellent effects（32.61% ） ;9 were effective （ 19.57% ） ;1 was ineffective （2.17 % ） and the effective rate was 97.83 %. Comparison of the therapeutic effects of two groups showed tile treatment group was superior to the control group（p 〈0.05）. Conclusion ：Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction combined with electro-nape acupuncture therapy shows significant effect in treating insomnia of blood stasis obstructing the meridian type.
