针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:将 308 例患者按随机数字表分为治疗组 160 例,对照组 148 例。治疗组采用电针疗法(主穴:风池、供血;辅穴:天柱、完骨、大椎等,针刺后接针灸治疗仪,疏密波,1 次 d 1,每次 2 组穴位,通电 25 m in,7 d 为 1 疗程),对照组采用颈椎牵引(坐位或仰卧布兜颌枕颈椎牵引,牵引质量 4-5 kg,牵引时间 30 - 40 m in,1 次 d 1,7 d 为 1 疗程。)。结果:治疗组有效率 100.00% ,对照组有效率 85.13% 。两组疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P 〈0.05)。结论:该法疗程短,见效快,操作简便,疗效确切。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupuncture treatment in the treatment of vertebral artery type of cervical.Methods:308 cases were randomly divided into 160 cases of treatment group and 148 cases of control group according to random digits table.The treatment group was given electroacupuncture.(alveolus:fengchi cave,blood-supply cave;assist cave:Tianzhu,Wangu,Dazhui,give acupuncture treatment after acupuncture,once a day,2 caves each time for 25 min,7 days as one course of treatment) The control group was given cervical traction(sitting or backlying,trailing load 4-5 kg,trailing time 30-40 minutes,once a day,7 days as one course of treatment) Results:The effective rate was 100.00% in treatment group and 85.13% in control group.The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The treatment is a short course of quick effect,simple operation and accurate effect.
