| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨柴胡的药理功用与临床配伍应用。方法：结合科研及临床对柴胡的药理功用及配伍应用进行归纳和总结。结果：柴胡的主要功效为疏散退热，疏肝解郁，解郁调经，和解少阳，升阳举陷。结论：柴胡临床多用于寒热往来，感冒发热，月经不调，胸胁胀痛，胃下垂，子宫脱垂等症。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the pharmacology and clinical application of Chaihu.Methods：To summarize the pharmacologic effect and compatibility application of Chaihu combined with scientific research and practice.Results：The main effect of Chaihu is evacuation and pyretolysis,soothing liver and relieving qi depression,regulating menstruation,reconciliating shao yang and invigorating splenic yang.Conclusion：Chaihu is always used for chill-heat alternating,cold fever,menoxenia,chest pain,gastroptosis,hysteroptosis and so on. |
