摘    要:食用大蒜的功效有降血脂、抑制血小板聚集、抗茵、抗肿瘤等功效。着重对从大蒜中提取的大蒜精油的成分及其主要功效进行了阐述。

Abstract:Edible garlic is of great functions such as hypolipidemic, inhibition of platelet aggregation, antibacterial, antitumor and so on. This paper importantly introduces the composition of garlic essential oil which was extracted from garlic and the main effects.
