| 摘 要： | 目的:比较经皮肾镜气压弹道碎石(PCNL)和开放手术治疗复杂性肾结石的疗效.方法:259例复杂性肾结石患者,分别采用PCNL 147例,开放手术112例.治疗后应用腹部平片评估其疗效,了解结石排净率,观察并记录不良反应和并发症.随访3个月.结果:PCNL组结石清除率为87%,残留率10%,并发症23例;开放手术组结石清除率为91%,残留率7%,并发症42例;均无严重并发症.结论:PCNL治疗复杂性肾结石优于开放手术,可作为首选;ESWL治疗复杂性肾结石是较为安全、有效的治疗方法,但结石残留率较高,多次震波碎石易致肾脏并发症;开放手术可作为适当的补充,但创伤大,住院时间长.

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy(PCNL) and open surgery for complex renal calculi.Methods:259 cases of complicated upper ureteral calculi were classified into 2 groups,147 cases of PCNL group treated by PCNL,112 cases of open surgery group treated by open surgery.Therapeutic efficacy was evaluated by plain abdominal film after a month.All cases were followed up for 3 months.Results: The stone free rate,the rate of residual calculi and the number of case with complication... |
