趋化因子受体和干扰素诱导蛋白10与HCV、HIV感染相关性的研究

目的：探讨趋化因子受体3（CXCR3）及配体干扰素诱导蛋白10（IP-10）在丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染，艾滋病病毒（HIV）感染和HCV／HIV合并感染过程中的表达及意义。方法：采用流式细胞术，检测HCV感染蛆、HIV感染组、HCV／HIV感染组及正常对照组人外周血CD4^＋T淋巴细胞和CD8^＋T淋巴细胞表面CXCB3的表达。ELISA方法检测IP-10浓度。结果：除正常对照组外，血清IP-10水平均明显升高，以合并感染升高最为明显；HIV组及合并感染组CD4^＋T淋巴细胞表面CXCR3表达显著降低（P〈0．01），CD8^＋T淋巴细胞表面CXCR3表达显著升高（P〈0．01）；HCV感染组CD4^＋和CD8^＋T细胞表面CXCIB袁迭轻度升高。结论：趋化因子IP-10及淋巴细胞表面受体CXCR3与丙型肝炎病毒／史滋病病毒感染密切相关。

Expressions of chemokine receptor CXCR 3 and interferon-inducible protein-10 and their significance in HCV and HIV infection

Objective: To investigate the expressions of chemokine receptor CXCR3 and interferon inducible protein-10(IP-10) and their significance in hepatitis C virus(HCV) infection,human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infection,and HCV/HIV coinfection.Methods: The expression of CXCR3 on the cell surface of CD4~(+)and CD8~(+)T cells in the peripheral blood was determined by using flow cytometry in 21 patients with HCV infection alone,14 patients with HIV infection alone,28 patients with HCV/HIV coinfection,and 30 normal controls.The concentration of serum IP-10 was measured by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results: The concentration of serum IP-10 increased in patients with HCV infection alone,HIV infection alone,and HCV/HIV coinfection.The expression of CXCR3 on the cell surface of CD4~(+)T cell decreased significantly in patients with HIV infection alone and HCV/HIV coinfection(P<0.01),but its expression on the cell surface of CD8~(+)T cell increased significantly(P<0.01).The expression of CXCR3 on the cell surface of CD4~(+)and CD8~(+)T cells increased slightly in patients with HCV infection alone.Conclusion: Chemokine IP-10 and lymphocyte-specific chemokine receptor CXCR3 are closely correlated with HCV and HIV infection.
