低温可调钠透析对血液透析中低血压的影响

目的探讨低温可调钠透析对血液透析中低血压的影响。方法选择行维持性血液透析中经常出现低血压反应的患者14例,随机分为观察组和对照组各7例,观察组接受低温可调钠透析,对照组接受常规标准透析。观察4周,分别测量患者超滤量、血肌酐、尿素氮、血清钠以及血压等指标。结果2组透析后超滤量、血肌酐、尿素氮、血清钠比较均无显著性差异(P均>0.05);但观察组透析中最低收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压均明显高于对照组(P均<0.01),低血压发生率明显降低(P<0.05)。结论低温可调钠血液透析可有效地预防血液透析低血压的发生,不增加钠负荷,不影响透析效果。

Influence of hypothermia variable sodium dialysis on hypotension during hemodialysis

Objective It is to approach the influence of hypothermia variable sodium dialysis on hypotension during hemodialysis.Methods 14 patients who always suffered hypotension reaction during maintenance hemodialysis were selected and randomly divided into two groups.7 cases were in observation group and accepted hypothermia variable sodium dialysis and the other 7 cases were in control group and accepted routine standard dialysis.After four weeks,the indexes of ultrafiltration quantity,SCr,BUN,serum natrium and blood pressure in the two groups were measured respectively.Results There was no significant difference on ultrafiltration quantity,SCr,BUN and serum natrium after dialysis between the two groups(all P>0.05).The minimal systolic pressure,diastolic pressure and mean arterial pressure in observation group during dialysis were all obviously higher than those in control group(all P<0.01),but the occurring rate of hypotension lowered obviously(P<0.05).Conclusion Hypothermia variable sodium dialysis can effectively prevent beforehand the occurrence of hypotension during hemodialysis,can not increase natrium load and can not influence dialysis effect.
