摘    要:目的 探讨生产企业在生产、消费者饮用过程中造成桶装纯净水微生物污染及其影响因素,为生产企业规范管理、消费者合理正确使用桶装纯净水,提供科学依据.方法 选取惠阳区内14家桶装纯净水生产企业及其每家15户消费者,通过对企业生产、消费者饮用过程中主要环节的现场卫生学调查及样品检测分析与研究,查找微生物污染及其影响因素.结果 ...
