Abstract:
Objective Subject To explore factor of clonorchis sinensis infection.Method Case-control study with group design.Results Male portion in clonorchis sinensis positive cases was higher than in negative cases(χ2=7.384,P=0.007);local household registration portion in positive cases was higher than negative cases(χ2=91.339,P=0.000);age of positive cases was higher than negative cases(t=10.493,P=0.000);awareness rate of clononrchis sinensis in negative cases was higher than positive cases(χ2=6.305,P=0.012;χ2=4.057,P=0.044);chances of clononrchis sinensis infection increase if people eat more raw fish,fish congee and hot pot(χ2=126.537,P=0.000;χ2=56.285,P=0.000;χ2=76.944,P=0.000);the portion of using different cutting board for raw and cooked food in positive cases was higher than in negative cases(χ2=17.477,P=0.000);clononrchis sinensis positive cases with a higher drinking frequency had a higher chance of abnormal results in B-ultrasonic test(χ2=20.919,P=0.000);self-evaluated life quality of clonorchis sinensis patients was lower than negative cases(t=4.080,P=0.000).Conclusions Main influence factors of clonorchis sinensis infection are gender,household registration,age,frequency of having raw fish,fish congee and hot pot,and differentiate between raw and cooked food when using cutting boards.
