| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨泽兰对创伤性休克犬肠道细菌的保护作用.方法:家犬24条,随机分为3组,泽兰干预组(A组),山莨菪碱对照组(B组),休克对照组(C组)；多因素法制备创伤性休克模型,60 min后进行复苏和药物干预,分别于休克后60、120、240 min取中心静脉血做细菌培养,300 min后取肠系膜淋巴结和肝组织做细菌培养.... |
