| 摘 要： | 目的:优选海南九节叶中总黄酮成分提取工艺.方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以海南九节叶中总黄酮的提取率为考察指标,考察乙醇浓度、提取时间、提取次数和药材/溶剂比例4个因素对总黄酮提取率的影响.结果:海南九节叶中总黄酮最佳醇提工艺为20倍量75%乙醇提取3次,每次2 h.结论:应用该工艺提取海南九节叶中总黄酮,总黄酮获得...

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the optimum technology of extracting total flavoniods from Psychotria hainanensis by orthogonal test.Methods: By orthogonal design L9(34),we changed the alcohol density,extraction duration,extraction times and ratio of solid-to-liquid in order to obtain highest extraction rate of total flavonoids.Results: The optimum process was as follows: the crude drug was extracted three times(2 h each) with 75% of alcohol density and solid-to-liquid ratio of 1:20.Conclusions: With high extraction ... |
