人参花蕾提取物致畸作用的试验研究

摘    要:目的观察人参花蕾提取物对大鼠的致畸作用. 方法性成熟SD大鼠雌雄合笼交配,将孕鼠随机分成人参花蕾提取物低、中、高三个剂量组、阴性对照组和阳性对照组,观察母鼠和胎鼠的生长发育情况. 结果受试物各剂量组的孕鼠增重、活胎体重、身长、尾长均显著高于阳性对照组(P<0.01),而死胎数、吸收胎数、畸形率(包括外观畸形、内脏畸形和骨骼畸形)均显著低于阳性对照组(P<0.01),受试物各剂量组及阴性对照组间的所有指标差异均无显著性(P>0.05). 结论人参花蕾提取物对大鼠无母体毒性、胚胎毒性和致畸作用.

Abstract:Objective To observe the teratogenic effects of ginseng flower bud extract. Methods The sexually mature SD rats were mated and the pregnant ones were randomly divided into three dose groups,negative control group and positive control group,then the maternal rats and embryos were observed. Results The body weight gain of pregnant rats, body weight,body length and tail length of fetal rats were significantly higher than those in positive control group(P<0.01).The number of death embryos and absorption embryos,the malformation rate of fetus (appearance,viscera and skeleton) were lower than those in positive control group(P<0.01).There no significant differences in all indicators among three dose groups and negative control group were observed (P>0.05). Conclusion Ginseng flower bud extract does not possess toxic and teratogenic effect on maternal rats and embryo rats.
