疏肝和胃法治疗反流性食管炎60例临床观察

目的：评价疏肝和胃法治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法：反流性食管炎患者90例，随机分为两组。治疗组60例，采用疏肝和胃法以中药治疗；对照组30例，口服奥美拉唑胶囊。治疗8周后观察患者症状变化及内镜检查情况。结果：两组治疗后症状积分较治疗前均有显著下降（P〈0.05），临床总有效率分别为86.67％、93．33％；疏肝和胃法治疗酸反流、混合反流临床总有效率分别为76．67％、96．67％。结论：疏肝和胃法治疗反流性食管炎疗效显著，对于混合反流的疗效比酸反流更佳。

Clinical Observation on 60 Cases of Reflux Esophagitis Treated with the Method of Smoothing the Liver and Regulating the Stomach

Objective:To evaluate clinical therapeutic effect of the method of smoothing the liver and regulating the stomach on reflux esophagitis.Methods:90 cases of reflux esophagitis(RE) were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group(n=60) were treated with TCM by using the method of smoothing the liver and regulating the stomach,the control group(n=30) with oral administration of Omeprazole Capsule for 8 weeks.The symptoms,and endoscopic results were observed.Results:After treatment,the cumulative scores of the symptoms decreased significantly in both groups(P<0.05),and the clinical total effective rates were 86.67% and 93.33% in the treatment and control group respectively.The clinical total effective rates of the method of smoothing the liver and regulating the stomach on acid regurgitation and mixed regurgitation were respectively 76.67% and 96.67%.Conclusion:The method of smoothing the liver and regulating the stomach has obvious therapeutic effect on reflux oesophagitis,with better therapeutic effect on mixed regurgitation than acid regurgitation.
