| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱法测定癌康胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以乙腈-水(32∶68)为流动相;蒸发光散射检测器检测;柱理论塔板数按黄芪甲苷峰计,应不低于4 000。结果黄芪甲苷在1.30～10.4μg范围内峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系。回归方程为Y=1.686 5X+14.011,相关系数r=0.999 9。测得三批样品的含量范围为0.144 mg/粒～0.205 mg/粒,平均加样回收率99.1%,变异系数RSD为2.10%。结论该法灵敏度高、专属性强,可用于癌康胶囊中黄芪甲苷的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of astragaloside in Aikang Capsules. Methods HPLC was adopted on Cls column with acetonitrile - water （ 32：68 ） as the mobile phase. Evaporative light scattering detector was used. The theoretical plates number was calculated by astragaloside peak and it should not be lower than 4 000. Results As- tragaloside showed a good linear relationship in the range of 1.30 μg - 10.4 μg. The regression equation was Y = 1. 686 5X ＋ 14.011 with the correlation coefficient r = 0.999 9. The contents of the three batches of sample were within 0. 144 - 0. 205 mg/ pills, the average recovery was 99.1% and the RSD was 2.10%. Conclusion The method was sensitive and specific, and it can be used for the quality control of astragaloside in Aikang Capsules. |
