| 摘 要： | 目的：建立复方头孢氨苄胶囊的流动注射分析法。方法：利用头孢氨苄在碱性条件下与N，N-DPPD的颜色反应，采用流动注射分析法测定了制剂中头孢氨苄的含量。结果：头孢氨苄浓度在5～100 μg/ml范围内与信号强度呈良好的线性关系，线性回归方程为H=1.63 c-4.28(r=0.999 9)，平均回收率为100.5%,RSD为2.3%(n=11)。结论：适于复方制剂中头孢氨苄的含量测定。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To develop the assay of compound cephalexin capsules by flow injection.METHOD:Cephalexin was reacted with N,N-DPPD(N,N-diethyl-p-phenylene-diamine sulphate) in alkaline solution and formed blue product.The procedure was developed for measuring cephalexin in pharmaceutical formulation.RESULTS:The linear range was 5～100 μg/ml,the average recovery 100.5%,and RSD 2.3%(n=11).CONCLUSION:The method can be applied to determine cephalexin in compound cephalexin capsules. |
