杂环化合物九钨三钛硅酸盐对小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的 :探讨杂环化合物九钨三钛硅酸盐 ( α- Ti3 )对小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫功能的影响。方法 :采用3 H- Td R掺入法测定正常鼠和荷瘤鼠脾细胞对有丝分裂原的增殖反应及 NK和 LAK细胞活性。采用 T淋巴母细胞增殖分析法测定荷瘤鼠脾细胞 IL- 2的产生及其活性。采用单向琼脂扩散法测定血清 Ig G和补体 3含量。结果 :α- Ti3 的 5 0、1 0 0和 2 0 0 mg·kg-1剂量组脾细胞对有丝分裂原的增殖反应、NK和 LAK细胞活性以及脾细胞 IL- 2产生反应性及活性明显高于正常对照组和环磷酰胺 ( CYC)组 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 1 0 0 mg· kg-1 组的作用尤为明显。结论 :α- Ti3 可增强荷瘤鼠的细胞免疫和体液免疫功能

Effects of Heterocyclic Compounds α-k8H2[siw9Ti3O40]*15H2O on Immune Functions in Mice
Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effects of anti tumor drug Heterocyclic compounds α k 8H 2siw 9Ti 3O 40 ]·15H 2O(α Ti 3) on immune functions in mice. Methods:The Proliferation of thymocytes,splenocytes and activities of NK and LAK cells were checked by 3H TdR ingesting method, lymphocyte transformation test; production of interleukin 2 was measured by original T lymphocytes proliferation; concentrations of serum complement 3 and IgG were tested by agar single direction distribution method. Results: α Ti 3 could significantly increase the spleen weight as well as thymus at three different dose groups compared with the control group. The thymocytes and splenocytes of 100 mg·kg -1 dose group were much more than those of the control group. α Ti 3 could strengthen ConA induced mitogenic response of mice compared with CYC group. α Ti 3 could increase the level of IL 2 compared with the control group. The different dose groups of α Ti 3 could enhance the activities of NK and LAK cells, which indicated that the α Ti 3 could also raise the activities of killer cells. Conclusion:α Ti 3 can enhance the immune functions in mice.
