头痛宁胶囊治疗偏头痛60例疗效观察

目的 观察头痛宁胶囊防治偏头痛的疗效.方法 将120例门诊偏头痛患者随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组60例,对照组采用西比灵口服治疗,治疗组采用头痛宁胶囊治疗,两组均以4周为1个疗程.治疗前后观察2组在头痛持续时间、发作频率、头痛强度等方面的改善情况,并比较疗效.结果 经过1个疗程的治疗,总有效率治疗组为91.7%,对照组为66.7%,2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 头痛宁胶囊口服治疗偏头痛,在减轻头痛程度、缩短头痛持续时间等方面疗效较好,且无明显的不良反应.

Toutongning capsule treatment of migraine in 60 cases

Objective To observe the curative effect of Toutongning capsule for the treatment of the migraine. Methods 120 outpatients with migraine were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, each with 60 cases. The control group was given Sibelium capsule oral treatment, while the treatment group was given Toutongning capsule treatment. The two groups were given four weeks for a course of treatment. Before and after treatment, the improvement of headache duration, attack frequency, headache intensity and the efficacy were observed and compared for two groups. Results After a course of treatment, the total efficiency of the treatment group was 91.7%, while it is 66.7% in the control group. The difference was significant （P（0. 05）. Conclusion Toutongning capsule oral treatment is better in reducing headache extent, and in decreasing the headache duration and other terms of efficacy, when compared with Sibelium capsule oral treatment. And it has no significant side effects.
