| 摘 要： | 针对白介素受体的新型生物制剂不良反应较少,其在风湿性疾病治疗中的应用前景值得期待.本文重点综述两种白介素受体拮抗剂(阿那白滞素和托珠单抗)在风湿性疾病尤其是风湿性关节炎中的应用的疗效和安全性.

| Abstract: | New biologic agents targeted on the interleukin receptor with less adverse reaction are expected a favorable prospect in the treatment of rheumatic diseases.This review summarizes the efficacy and safety profiles of interleukin receptor antagonist anakinra and tocilizumab. |
