青海省大骨节病历史、现状及防治措施

目的探讨青海大骨节病防治措施。方法回顾青海大骨节病历史，结合当地大骨节病现状，提出防治措施。青海省1981年发现大骨节病，目前病情居高不下，是全国重病区之一。结果青海大骨节病目前应做到因地制宜，根据本省的特殊地理环境制定可行的防治措施，最终消除大骨节病。结论准确掌握病情动态，同时采取有效的防治措施，对每年防治监测工作进行科学评价。

The historical status and anticipation of Kashin-Beck Disease in Qinghai Province

Objective To discuss the measures for Kashin-Beck Disease prevention and control in Qinghai province. Methods Prevention measures are proposed by reviewing the historical status of Kashin-Beck Disease in Qinghai province, combined with local cases. The Kashin-Beck Disease, detected in 1981, by far still takes an uproaring occurrence in Qinghai, which is one of the most severe endemic regions. Results Specific measures should be taken to prevent Kashin-Beck Disease in Qinghai, based on its special geographical environment, to eventually eliminate Kashin-Beck Disease incidence. Conclusion Accurate investigation and effective measures should be taken to make scientific evaluation and efficient prevention to the annual occurrence of Kashin-Beck Disease.
