郧县2006-2010年性病疫情分析

目的了解郧县性病发病趋势及流行特征,探讨其流行规律,为制订防治策略提供依据。方法对郧县2006-2010年性病疫情资料进行分析。结果性病的报告发病率呈逐年上升趋势;流行病种以尖锐湿疣、梅毒、淋病居多;性病发病年龄主要集中在20～49岁(83.28%);职业以农民(30.59%)、家务及待业(21.49%)、民工(10.75%)、商业服务(9.10%)为主;文化程度以中学(62.84%)居多。结论郧县性病疫情呈上升态势,防控形势严峻,应加大防控措施的落实力度。

Analysis on venereal disease in Yun County from 2006 to 2010

Objective To understand the trend and epidemic features of venereal disease(VD),discuss the epidemic law,and provide basis for formulating control strategies.Method Analyze the epidemics data of VD in Yun County from 2006 to 2010.Results The incidence of VD showed an increasing trend,and the epidemic types were genital warts,syphilis and gonorrhea.The ages of patients were between 20 and 49 years old(83.28%);and the occupations were farmer(30.59%),household and unemployed person(21.49%),migrant laborer(10.75%),business service person(9.10%).Most of them only accepted secondary school education(62.84%).Conclusions The epidemics of VD presented a rising trend,and the control situation was severe,thus we should increase the implementation of control measures.
