| 摘 要： | 目的观察口服异维A酸治疗多发性掌跖疣的疗效。方法选取门诊多发性掌跖疣患者80例，分为治疗组和对照组，各40例，实验组口服异维A酸胶丸，对照组采用液氮冷冻治疗。结果对照组治愈率为60％，复发率40％。治疗组治愈率为97％，复发率7．5％。治疗组临床效果明显优于对照组（χ1^2=9．60，χ2^2=6．6462，P〈0．05）。结论口服异维A酸可提高治愈率，缩短治疗时间，明显降低复发率。 |

| Abstract: | Aim To observe the effect of isotretinoin on patients with verruca plantaris.Methods There 80 verruca plantaris patients were divided into observation group consisted of 40 patients and treated with isotretinoin and the control group consisted of 40 patients and treated with liquefrozen.Results The effective rates in the treatment group and the control group were 97% and 60%,showed a significanr differences between the two groups(P <0.05).Conclusion Isotretinoin is effective in treatment of verruca plantari... |
