| 摘 要： | 目的观察川芎嗪加普鲁卡因治疗混合型过敏性紫癜疗效。方法对60例过敏性紫癜患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组各30例，对照组予常规治疗，疗程14～21d，治疗组予常规治疗基础上加川芎嗪和普鲁卡因静点治疗，疗程5-10d，比较两组症状缓解时间，住院天数及复发率。结果治疗组疗效明显优于对照组，治疗组皮肤紫癜消退（5．1±1．3）d，对照组为（10．2＋2．4）d，治疗组平均症状缓解时间为4～6d，对照组为9—12d，治疗组与对照组住院天数分别为7～10d和13—16d，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论常规治疗基础上加用川芎嗪联合普鲁卡因治疗混合型过敏性紫癜疗效显著。
