| 摘 要： | 目的评价梧州市实施世界银行贷款中国结核病控制项目的效果。方法收集并分析梧州市2003~2010年结核病防治资料。结果梧州市加强了结核病控制工作,传染源发现和治疗效果逐年提高,7年来共发现初治涂阳病人6 022例,初治涂阳患者登记率从2003年的3.7/10万上升到2010年的27.5/10万,初治涂阳病人治愈率从2004年的72.5%上升到2010年的94.9%。结论梧州市实施世界银行贷款中国结核病控制项目已取得显著成效。 |
