脑转移瘤治疗方法的选择及疗效分析

目的探讨脑转移瘤的治疗方法并分析疗效。方法对103例脑转移瘤的肿瘤来源、大小、数目及不同治疗方法进行比较分析。结果46例（44．7％）存活1年以上。单发肿瘤行手术切除或立体定向放射外科治疗，2cm以下的多发肿瘤行放疗加化疗或行立体定向放射外科治疗其生存期较长。结论对于4cm以上大型转移瘤可行手术切除，小于4cm的单发或3cm以下的多发肿瘤应首选立体定向放射外科治疗。

Choice of treatment strategy and outcome analysis on brain metastases

Objective To study the treatmeat strategy and the outcome of brain metastases. Method 103 cases of brain metastases underwent operation, stereotactic radiosurgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy or/and other treatment. The tumor size,number and originated tumor were also studied. Result 46 patients(44.7%) survived for more than one year. The survival time was longer in the patients with single lesion in surgery or stereotactic radiosurgery, as well as the mu1tiple lesion less than 2cm in radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Conclusion The tumor more than 4cm should be treated with surgery. The stereotactic radiosurgery should be first consideration for the single lesion less than 4cm or multiple lesion less than 3cm in the treatment.
