薜荔果的生药学研究及其黄酮的含量测定

摘    要:目的对薜荔果生药学进行研究,同时采用反相高效液相色谱法测定薜荔果药材中黄酮的含量。方法对薜荔果进行性状鉴别、显微鉴别和薄层色谱鉴别。采用Phenomenex Gemini C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.5%冰醋酸梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长254 nm,柱温40℃。结果芦丁在5~100μg.mL-1浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=5.685×104X+2 644(r=0.999 9),平均加样回收率为98.8%。结论研究结果可为薜荔果的生药鉴定、质量标准的制定提供一定依据。

Abstract:Objective To carry out a pharmacognostical study on Ficus pumila L.,and to develop an RP-HPLC method for the content determination of flavone in Ficus pumila L..Methods Characteristic identification and microidentification of the Ficus pumila L.were examined.Catechin and quercetin were used as chemical reference in the TLC identification.Phenomenex Gemini C 18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was employed with acetonitrile-0.5% glacial acetic acid as the mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1.The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm.Results The linear range of rutin was 5-100 μg.mL-1,the average recovery was 98.8%(n = 6),and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9.Conclusion The pharmacognostical,characteristics,can be used as evidence for identification and quality control of this medicinal plant.
