| 摘 要： | 目的探讨姜制滴鼻液治疗鼻炎的疗效。方法将53例鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组（28例）和对照组（25例）,治疗组以提取姜的挥发性成分制成滴鼻液治疗,对照组使用抗生素和激素进行治疗,对比分析两组疗效。结果治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）,总有效率（92．85％）亦高于对照组（68．0％）（P〈0．05）。结论姜的挥发性成分制成滴鼻液治疗鼻炎疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the efficacy of ginger nasal drops in the treatment of rhinitis. Methods Fifty-three cases of rhinitis were randomly divided into treatment group（28 cases） and control group（25 cases）. The treatment group was treated with ginger nasal drops made of the volatile components of ginger. The control group wastreated with antibiotics and hormones. The efficacy between two groups were compared. Results The cure rate was 67.86%, the totM effective rate was 92. 86% in the treatment group; cure rate was 32. 00%, the total effective rate was 68.00% in the control group. There was statistically significant difference in efficacy between two groups （P 〈 0. 01 or P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The ginger nasal drops made of volatile constituems of ginger has satisfactory effica- cy for the treatment of rhinitis. |
