摘    要:
基质细胞衍生因子1(stromalcell鄄derivedfactor鄄1,SDF鄄1)及其受体CXCR4广泛表达于多种组织、器官、系统,在人和动物的生理和病理过程中起着重要的作用。弄清SDF鄄1的结构与效应的关系是阐明诸多生理和病理过程分子机制的关键,在此基础上进行药物设计和优化并应用于临床。本文就SDF鄄1的一级结构和高级结构与功能的关系、SDF鄄1与多糖的相互作用、SDF鄄1与CXCR4相互作用机制等方面的最新研究进展作一概述。

Abstract:
SDF-1(stromal cell-derived factor-1) and its receptor CXCR4 were expressed in all kinds of tissues, organs and systems. They made an important role in the pathological and physiological processes of human and animals. Illustration the structure and effect relationships of SDF-1 is the key to understand the molecular mechanism of these processes, which will be applied in drug design and drug optimazition extensively. The first structure and super structure and function of SDF-1, the interaction of SDF-1 and glycosaminoglycan, , the interaction mechanism of SDF-1 and CXCR4 will be reviewed in this paper.
