摘    要:基质金属蛋白酶(matrix metalloproteinase,MMP)是一类高度保守的钙锌离子依赖性内切酶超家族,几乎能够降解细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)的所有蛋白成分.MMP-9参与肺组织细胞外基质破坏、重塑以及细胞趋化,在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的形成、发展、炎症持续方面起了重要作用.寻找毒副作用小、特异性强的MMP-9抑制剂.改善气道重塑,对COPD预防及治疗有重要意义.本文就MMP-9的来源、结构特点、表达与调控以及在COPD发病机制中的作用作一综述.

Abstract:Matrix metalloproteinase(MMP) is a kind of highly conservative interior-contacted enzyme that depends on calcium and zinc ion which can degrade nearly all the extracellular matrix protein. MMP-9 participates in the destruction, remould of the extracellular matrix, as well as the chemotaxis of lung organization and plays influential roles in the aspect of the formation, development, inflammation continuance of the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD). Seeking for MMP-9 inhibitors that posses smaller or less poisonous side effects and highly specificity to improve the airways remoulds has important meaning to the prevention and the treatment of COPD. The source, structure feature, gene expression and regulation of MMP-9 and the mechanism in COPD are reviewed.
