摘    要:目的探讨C反应蛋白(CRP)对牙周病患者动脉硬化(AS)发生的预测作用。方法随机选择40例牙周病患者为病例组,40例健康人群为对照组,测定两组人群空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、CRP水平,同时测量颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(IMT)。结果病例组TG、TC、FINS、CRP水平及IMT高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05或P0.01)。病例组IMT与年龄、TC、TG、LDL-C、CRP、BMI呈正相关(P0.05或P0.01),且CRP、BMI和LDL-C与IMT的变化呈独立正相关。结论牙周病患者血清CRP水平较高,且CRP与IMT的变化呈独立正相关,提示该人群更容易发生动脉粥样硬化。

C-reactive Protein as a Predicter of Atherosclerosis in Periodontitis

Abstract:Objective To explore the relationship between the C-reactive protein (CRP) and the incidence of atherosclerosis in periodontitis. Methods 40 cases with periodontitis, 40 cases normal controls. The serum levels of fasting plasma glucose(FPG), fasting insulin(FINS), total cholesterol(TC), triglyceride(TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), CRP and IMT were detected. Results TG,TC,FINS,CRP and IMT were significantly higher in the periodontitis than those normal controls,pearson correlation analysis indicated that IMT were positively correlated to age,TC,TG, LDL- C,CRP, BMI (P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ),A multiple linear stepwise regression analysis indicated that CRP,BMI and LDL-C were independent factors that affect IMT. Conclusion High C-reactive protein leve was related to development progression of atherosclerotic disease in periodontitis.
