天津市郊县公务员心理健康状况调查

目的了解天津市公务员心理健康状况并进行评价,为提高公务员的心理健康水平提供依据。方法采用整群抽样的方法 ,自编调查表对2822名公务员的一般情况、常见病和高发病、心理健康状况、生活方式等进行现况调查。结果公务员吸烟率为40.4%,饮酒率为69.8%,睡眠平均时间为7.35h。天津市公务员心理健康状况的影响因素有:性别(OR=1.724,95%CI:1.280~2.324)、年龄(OR=1.014,95%CI:1.001~1.026)、文化程度(OR=1.248,95%CI:1.087~1.433)、常见病患病情况(OR=1.772,95%CI:1.421~2.211)、家庭月总收入(OR=0.805,95%CI:0.711~0.910)、按时吃饭情况(OR=1.697,95%CI:1.490~1.933)、吸烟(OR=1.419,95%CI:1.121~1.797)、体育锻炼时间(OR=0.885,95%CI:0.831~0.943)、睡眠时间(OR=0.736,95%CI:0.670~0.808)。结论公务员的整体心理健康水平有待提高。

Cross-sectional Study of the Mental Health Status of Civil Servants in Tianjin

Objective In order to comprehend and evaluate the mental health status of civil servants in Tianjin. Methods The objects were obtained by cluster sampling method. The investigation was carried out among 2 822 civil servants with questionnaire, including the civil servant＇s general situation, common and high morbidity diseases, mental health status and lifestyle. Results The investigation showed that the rate of smoking was 40.4%, the rate of drinking was 69.8%, and the average time of sleeping was 7.35 hrs. The analysis disclosed that the influential factors for mental health status of civil servants included gender （OR=1.724, 95%CI： 1.280-2.324）, age （OR=1.014, 95%CI： 1.001-1.026）, education （0R=1.248, 95%CI： 1.087-1.433）, common and high morbidity diseases （OR=1.772, 95%CI：1.421-2.211）, family total income monthly （OR=0.805, 95%CI： 0.711-0.910）, to eat on time （OR= 1.697, 95%CI： 1.490-1.933）, smoking （OR=1.419, 95%CI： 1.121-1.797）, physical exercise time （OR=0.885, 95%CI： 0.831- 0.943）, sleep time （OR =0.736, 95% CI： 0.670 -0.808）. Conclusion The mental health status of civil servants needs to be improved.
