摘    要:目的:探讨医用电子直线加速器质量保证(QA)和质量控制(QC)的主要内容及检测方法,以保证临床治疗的稳定性,提高治疗实施的准确性和精度。方法:从医用电子直线加速器机械、多叶准直器、射线对中校准、X射线与电子线剂量学特性、剂量刻度、楔形板及治疗附件、电子射野影像系统以及辐射防护与安全连锁等方面分析确认QA和QC的主要内容和检测方法。结果:得出了医用电子直线加速器QA和QC的主要内容及检测方法。结论:作为医用电子直线加速器QA和QC的主要内容及检测方法,对各级放射治疗单位医用电子直线加速器QA体系的建立具有现实指导作用。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the testing contents and methods for quality assurance(QA) and quality control(QC)of medical linear electron accelerators so as to assure the stability of clinical treatment and to increase treatment accuracy. Methods The testing contents and methods were determined by testing the following: the accelerator itself, multi -leaf collimator, ray calibration, specific dosimetry properties of X-ray and electronic ray, dose calibration, wedge block and accessories, electronic portal imaging device, radiation protection and safety interlocks etc. Results The testing contents and methods were obtained. Conclusion The testing contents and methods can be used to establish quality assurance system of medical linear electron accelerators for radiotherapy.
